This pole can be set within a range of 20 cm (8 inches) which gives you maximum variability. There are 2 sizes to choose from. The smaller pole has a length range that can be set between 145 cm to 165 cm and the larger version has a range of 155 cm 175 cm.

==> The ideal size of Skating poles is 90% of your body size in cm (example: body size 180 cm ==> 180 x 90% = 162 cm ideal pole size ==> best is to choose a pole with 160 cm or 165 cm ).

The loops have a very comfortable click system to get out of them faster and easier. To open the loops you just have to press a button.
