The ideal size of Skating poles is 90% of your body size in cm (example: body size 180 cm ==> 180 x 90% = 162 cm ideal pole size ==> best is to choose a pole with 160 cm or 165 cm ).

Please not: Poles over 183cm lenght can only be shipped with demounted handles, because otherwise the parcel would exceed the maximum total lenght. You will receive a descpription on mounting the handles.
