This Powerslide Clap Bracket puts Nordic Skating closer to cross country skiing. The clap bracket functions similar to cross country ski bindings. The advantage you get on hard surfaces is that the back wheel stays longer on the ground which gives you a longer more intense push forward.

The Powerslide clap bracket can be installed on all 2010 Powerslide Nordic Trainer. The Powerslide Cross Trainer models already come with this bracket included.

It is no problem to use this clap bracket together with the Powerslide calf brakes.

It can not be used together with the older Powerslide Nordic skates with cable brakes.
